Hilton Head S.C. The home of Wayne Smith, a general contractor. This home has 2500 SF of 6" wide hart pine flooring. It also has heart pine stair treads and fire place mantel built from heart pine.

Savannah GA. On the river at Bradley Point. Inman Hodges's home has 3000 SF of heart pine flooring and base boards. This whole house has heart pine everywhere, including laundry room, bathrooms and kitchen, in random widths of 4", 5", and 6". The kitchen counter tops are also made of heart pine.

Mt. Pleasant S.C. The Famous ION, a community built to look and interact like old downtown Charleston. This house has 3200 SF of heart pine flooring 4" wide, handrail, stair treads and balster, all of heart pine. Knotty Southern Yellow Pine V-grove for ceiling.

Mt. Pleasant S.C. the Famous ION. This is a home of Louis Jordan, a retired editor of Southern Living Magazine. This home has all heart pine flooring of 4", 5", 6", and 8" widths. Stair treads, handrail, spindles, balsters are also of heart pine wood. The ceiling is of clear Southern Yellow Pine V-grove paneling.

Tybee Island GA. A retired couple has 1000 SF of knotty 6 inch pine flooring throughout this island cottage.
